Chocolate Mice
No traps are necessary to catch these darling, whimsical chocolate mice from master chocolatier Larry Burdick. Nine scrumptious chocolate mice come in three different flavors: dark chocolate with an orange interior, milk chocolate with mocha interior, and white chocolate with a cinnamon interior.
Each mouse is painstakingly made by hand in a 12-step process by L.A. Burdick Chocolate. The process involves hand piping ganache, attaching almond ears, dipping in Valrhona couveture, dabbing on nose and eyes and adding silk tails. Housed in a wooden box, tied with a colorful ribbon and a gold wax seal.
The result is almost too cute to eat!
